Legacy Sisters

A legacy is the daughter, granddaughter, or biological sister of an initiated Nu Sigma Pi member. Our legacy tradition is a special reflection of the lasting bonds created within our sisterhood.

Since welcoming our first legacy in 2004, Nu Sigma Pi has welcomed 22 legacy sisters into our organization. Each one has continued a family connection to our sisterhood while creating her own memories, friendships, and legacy within Nu Sig.

Over the years, we have seen sisters join alongside their siblings, carrying forward a tradition that spans generations. In 2020, we made history by welcoming two legacies into the same pledge class!

  • Vanessa Burka - Xi Class

Alumni Sisters

From the moment a sister becomes an active member through her transition into alumnae life, the bonds of Nu Sigma Pi continue to grow.

Our network of over 500 alumnae is an invaluable part of our sisterhood and an important part of the organization we are today.

Whether pursuing a master’s degree, building a career, or navigating life’s next chapter, our sisters continue to support, encourage, and learn from one another. Graduation may mark the end of university, but it never marks the end of sisterhood.
